Let me take a minute to tell you how important your hotel is to those of us associated with the national defense mission. Nearly every week I find myself the guest of your hotel and beneficiary of your wonderful facilities and exceptional service. But there's more to it than that. The Sheraton Four Points has made itself virtually essential because of its focus on customer service and attention to the military's needs. My wife and I drove to Baltimore MD, April 10th to meet our son Christopher, who was returning from Afghanistan. We decided to stay at your hotel as his flight was a later one and he was to fly out the next morning to his home in Alabama. He and 100 service men and women were also staying at your hotel that night. I was impressed at the speed and efficiency of your front desk. In a very short time all were registered and everyone was handled in the most courteous manner. Not only were your front desk people pleasant but everyone on your staff went out of their way to help these Service people, from the Front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance persons, waitresses, bartenders, cooks and bus people were all gracious hosts. When I mentioned to one of your people about this they remarked " That's just the Four Points way". I also understand that it's the way management (the bosses) treats them. I also wanted to thank you and your company for the way you have helped and treated our Service people. Not all companies are that generous. Your company exemplifies the American way and I am proud to know that spirit still exists - Thank You. From this point on, all of my stays from home will be at your hotels, and rest assured everyone I know, meet and do business with will know about Four Points Sheridan. Oh and by the way, not only the shuttle drivers and the lady that organized the shuttle at the airport were fantastic. |
