I worked with Aki Dinopol and she was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. She worked with me to schedule this meeting as well as one in April and one in May. We have a very large flow of uniformed men and women streaming through BWI daily, with many of the departures, and especially arrivals, quite late at night. What is customer service? If I were to define customer service, Four Points By Sheraton BWI would be the definition. They are what customer service is all about. Their attitude is that of "whatever it takes" and this holds true from the General Manager down the line . .
